Ewa Krajewska is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais and co-chair of the appellate advocacy group. She maintains a broad and diverse practice litigation practice that includes public and administrative law, commercial litigation, estates law and energy litigation.
Her clients have included public officials, hospitals, utilities, corporations, individuals and trust companies and administrative tribunals. Krajewska maintains an appeal practice, having argued appeals at the Ontario Court of Appeal and appeared for interveners before the Supreme Court of Canada. Krajewska has advised and provided opinions to colleges and corporations on various constitutional issues.
Krajewska is the chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s constitutional, civil liberties and human rights section. She is also the chair of the Young Alumni Board of the McGill Faculty of Law. Krajewska is a frequent writer and speaker on the administrative tribunals’ jurisdiction to grant Charter remedies.
